  • Welcome! Pilates is more than movement - it is a SYSTEM. I suggest visiting New To Pilates to get a general idea of what is in store for you!

  • Not at all! You are welcome to use your body weight only. In studio and in groups, equipment will be provided. At home, If you have a small pair of dumbbells those are okay too! If not, use what you have!

  • All classes are formatted around a beginner-friendly model that can be scaled according to each person’s skill level.
