Perinatal Pilates is a gentle, strength-focused approach to movement designed specifically for pregnancy and the postpartum period. It supports core stability, pelvic floor function, posture, and overall alignment - helping you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more connected to your body during every stage of motherhood.

All movements are tailored to your body, your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, and any recommendations from your healthcare provider.

PERINATAL BACKGRoUND + TRAINING

  • CPR + First Aid Certified

  • Nearly 15 years of medical and bedside nursing experience assisting the perinatal population.

  • Certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International

  • Certified in Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates

  • Experience supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding core strength.
